I am back after heavy knitting sessions, the summer shows have been very good including the National Arboretum near Stafford this was my first time there and what a place to visit, the gardens are stupendous and I came across a flagstone with HMS Nelson engraved on it and the Ship’s emblem, quite moved me as my Father served on this ship during the Second War and I have never found any information on the Ship. Anyhow back to the Arboretum I am there again 30th November and 1st December.

I have other Events one in Welshpool and then Theatr Clwyd at Mold, both very good Events middle of October weekend, and Chase Handmade Events in. Stafford and then at the Chasewater Railway Chase in November, so I am still knitting like mad, the time is coming where I have to retire from these Events unfortunately.

I will post photographs tomorrow of the latest in my herd. Julie

To all my Customers and viewers of my Sheep Tea Cosies, I wish you a Paceful and happy Christmas and good health in 2019.

Meanwhile I have to pick up the needles to replenish my depleted stock, so here we go into my 19th year of making them, it all started with an idea I had when I could not sleep one night, many many years ago. I used to make this stitch round my daughters bonnets when they sat in this high prams !!!!! Julie
