A fabulous first day at Chillington Hall Horse trials! It was great catching up with ethos customers old and new!!! It was also fab to be able to watch ethos sponsored rider Tyler Cassells wizz round on one of his many rides!!
Looking forward to the ethos Youth Championship tomorrow!!

We need your help!
Miles for Minds is Ashley YFC’s summer-long fundraising campaign. It launched on 20th July and aims to bring members, friends, families and communities together, supporting mental health through physical activity.

Over the summer, they are inviting everyone to get involved and help them cover their target of 5728 miles; one for every person who took their own life last year. This can be through any type of physical activity and will be recorded on a weekly basis so they can track their progress!
This is where you come in!

We all do some form of physical activity each day, walking our dogs, riding our horses, riding a bike, running, swimming and lots more! This may be what you need to get you out of the house and to allow yourself a little self care, to use as an excuse to catch up and chat with a friend you haven't seen for a while or just to exhaust the kids during the holidays!

We need you to log your miles or steps and activity each week and send them over to us at [email protected] so that we can log "Team ethos" miles to the challenge. If you would like a form to use, let us know and we can email it over to you. Please help us make a difference.

So after a successful ascent and descent of Scafell Pike this morning, disaster struck 🤦‍♀️! Our mini bus died before we could get to Snowden 😩, so we have had to pause our challenge. A few of the group managed to get a lift and will hopefully complete it this evening. The rest of us will re group and will encourage family and friends to come and join us asap when we tackle the final mountain. We are hugely disappointed, but it has made us more determined to finish!Thank you to ever who has sponsored us so far! We will finish this and are planning a retake in September!
