2️⃣ You must apply before the 31st of August 2026, and then we will verify your purchase on our end.
3️⃣ Once verified, we'll begin issuing your free grandparents tickets - if you've paid in full at time of purchase, you will receive them in December.
4️⃣ If you have paid via a Payment Plan, we will issue your free grandparents tickets upon successful completion of your payment plan
