There is no time limit on grief.
Days, weeks, months, and years can pass.
Flowers grow, the sun shines, the rain falls, the snows come.
Grief goes quiet.
Not away, just quiet.
And then? And then something happens. Not necesarily a big thing, maybe as simple as hearing some old familiar music.
And grief hits again.

The Bereavement Cafe Mansfield offers a welcoming safe space for you to talk or listen to others who are going through grief and bereavement.
The cafe is something for you.
We meet between 10am and 12noon up at Mansfield Crematorium on the first Monday of the month (or Tuesday if it is a bank holiday the Monday). There is cake, and there is coffee and tea.
It is free to attend, and you don't have to book. You don't have to talk.
Put simply, the cafe is what you need it to be.
