Love HOME? HOME is a place for curiosity seekers, for lovers of the dramatic, the digital and the deeply engaging, for radicals and reciprocators, in the heart of Manchester. Our two theatres are a playful platform for new, commissioned work. Our five cinema screens light up with challenging, independent, provoking films. The gallery space is home to the very best in contemporary art. HOME is for everyone. We like to think of it as a place where you can engage with other arts lovers through our exciting and inspiring events. That goes for our page, too. Here, we’ll be sharing images, videos and other updates from our theatres, exhibitions, cinemas, events, bookshop, bar and restaurant. A new look at our fantastic cast as we embark on week two of rehearsals for new British musical The Sorcerer's Apprentice which debuts at HOME in Manchester from 27 November.

This enchanting treat for the whole family explores the extraordinary world of a powerful sorcerer and his budding apprentice. Brooms come to life and love blossoms anew as apprentice Eva discovers the explosive possibilities of newfound magical powers, leaving havoc, catastrophe and joy in her wake.

Telling the story of the devestating ecological disaster that took place in Bhopal, India in 1984, and its aftermath, Darkling received critical acclaim when it opened in at the Bush Theatre in September.
