🌿 Nature for Health is back! 🌿
We’ve relaunched our Nature for Health programme, offering free gardening and nature-based sessions for Manchester residents. These sessions will harness the power of nature to improve their health and wellbeing.
Studies show that spending just 2 hours a week in nature is linked to significantly better health and wellbeing, specifically, lower levels of stress, reduced anxiety and improved mood. A national survey found out that around 90% of people say being in nature benefits their mental wellbeing.
If you think you would benefit from this, or know anyone else who would, please refer or self-refer on to these courses through the link in our bio.
Our sessions will run over 8 weeks, for 2 hours at a time.
