* Arrive at the Freight Island entrance and pick up your letter to Santa
* Wander through the Christmas forest and discover the Twilight Tale story book (this is essential)
* Find six elves around the experience to enjoy free face painting
* Follow the signs and step into the Christmas caves filled with disco balls and smokey bubbles
* Toast marshmallows for free
* Step onto the Polar Express carriages for interactive playtime
* Get access to the North Pole playground
* Don’t forget to snap a photo on Santa’s sleigh
* Create shadow puppets and enjoy hot chocolates
