Spice Social App Update

We have been aware of some issues recently with our App and have been working to resolve these. We do appreciate that this has taken a little time and hasn't been ideal but as a smaller business we don't have the resources at our disposal to immediately identify and rectify all issues so we would like to thank everyone for their patience and hopefully you were able to book everything you wanted through the website and offices.

We believe that our incredible IT bods have been able to patch up the Android version of the App so it is functional (but not necessarily perfect!) again so if you are an Android user please update your App and do let us know if you continue to experience issues.

We know that there have been a more limited number of Apple connection issues too and if all goes well with Android we plan to roll out the fixes onto Apple hoping they will resolve the issues there as well.

Got Questions About Spice Social? 🤔

Thinking about joining but not quite sure how it all works? You're not alone! Here are some of the questions we get asked most often:

❓ Will I be the only new person?
Not at all. New members join us every week, and our hosts are great at helping everyone feel welcome.

❓ Do I have to come on my own?
You can, and many people do! In fact, most members joined without knowing anyone beforehand.

❓ What sort of people join?
Our members come from all walks of life but have one thing in common – they want to meet new people, enjoy new experiences and make the most of their free time.

❓ Do I have to attend lots of events?
No. You choose what you want to do and when. There's no pressure and no minimum attendance.

❓ What kind of events do you organise?
Everything from meals out, quizzes and theatre trips to walks, weekends away, holidays, parties, outdoor activities and much more.

❓ What if I'm nervous?
That's completely normal. Many of our members felt exactly the same before attending their first event. You'll receive a warm welcome and won't be left standing on your own.

❓ Is Spice Social a dating club?
No. Spice Social is about friendship, socialising and enjoying new experiences with like-minded people.

Many members tell us that one of the best things about being a member of Spice is a sense of belonging or as a recent new member told us 'I feel like I have found my people' which really made us smile.
Everyone who joins, does so for a reason and once you get involved in events and start chatting to other members you get a sense of belonging and being part of something bigger, making great memories through shared experiences.

Why does the Spice-social community mean so much to you ?
For me it is feeling part of a group , part of something. There are lots of our events you could go and do on your own however it is much more fun as part of a group and to share that experience .
It is like most things in life - the more you put into it the more you can get out of it. I have made some wonderful genuine friendships since joining the club and meet up with these friends on events and also just with them . What has been the best thing for you joining our club ?
