Info: Sadly, due to circumstances outside of my control, mainly a landslide.

The venue where we host the event is no longer available.

And

The initial part of the route is closed due to that landslide.

This is the first year in 4 years that we won’t have an event taking place. We will be back but I need to figure out a way to give this sport the effort and input it requires to go to the next level.

I would love your input , how can we grow this sport ? Do you want to help organise events? Any social media gurus out there fancy helping with these socials?

It is sad. Each event has been brilliant but it’s also been an opportunity for people to engage with their mental resilience. To walk away tougher and with some new mates.

Sign up now for our next sandbag race taking place on the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire on the 28th June ⛰️

👉As much as physical exercise is good to increase mood and mental health, it is a plaster not the cure. proactively engaging with your mental health, building mental resilience and wealth is an important concept to embrace.

With a sandbag on your shoulders you cannot help but be focussed. It’s almost like a mindfulness practice, just placing one foot in front of another is the goal.

Like the daily battle with our mental health , if we focus on it and engage with it we can turn mental health into mental wealth 🙌🏻

exists to give people the opportunity to build mental resilience through hard physical activity and support veterans mental health charities.
