Tilia Yoga and Nature was born from a time in my life when I felt completely lost.
For years, I moved from job to job, never quite feeling like I fit. Although I worked hard and cared deeply, I often struggled with the demands of traditional workplaces. Each setback chipped away at my confidence, leaving me feeling as though I wasn't very good at life.
When the one job where I finally felt settled came to an end, I found myself at a crossroads. Not knowing what came next, I travelled to Australia, where I was unexpectedly gifted a yoga teacher training course.
That experience changed everything.
Yoga became a space for self-discovery, helping me understand myself on a deeper level and rebuild confidence I had lost over many years. As I began teaching, I discovered something I hadn't felt before: a sense of purpose and the realisation that my ability to connect with and support others was a genuine strength.
Later, my work naturally expanded into nature connection, foraging, and forest therapy. While yoga helped me rediscover myself, nature taught me something equally important: that we don't always need to do more, achieve more, or be more. Sometimes we simply need space to be.
Today, Tilia Yoga and Nature brings together everything that helped me heal yoga, nature, self-discovery, and meaningful connection.
My mission is simple: to help people with busy minds slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find a greater sense of balance, wellbeing, and belonging.
