⭐️ 1 Year on her journey ⭐️

Just listen to what club member Louise said when I stitched her photos together this week in club as she shared a photo with me from 1 year ago just before she joined club 🫶🏼

‘I genuinely never thought anything would work for me. I’d tried everything, over and over, for years. But this time, something finally clicked. I didn’t give up my social life, I didn’t hide away, and I didn’t pretend it was easy. What I did do was learn.

I learnt how to understand food properly.
I learnt how to balance real life with real goals.
And drinking water — which used to be a massive challenge for me — has become part of my routine I’m proud of myself for sticking with it, and I can’t thank my coaches enough for their support, encouragement, and belief in me. Here’s to the journey continuing, and to becoming even stronger, healthier, and happier.

Celebrating Bob Watson’s 70th Birthday 🎁 in club. It really is amazing to think that Bob is the age he is.

Although when he first started with us at the Health Hut, his nutrition wasn’t good, he was a type 2 diabetic and relied on tablets to control his sugar levels. He lacked mobility, get up and go attitude and he won’t mind me saying it he was a tad bit grumpy 😉😜

Now he is full of life, moving more, his nutrition is so good that with our help he has reversed his diabetes and no longer needs medication 👏🏼

Bob is going into his next era healthier, happier, full of life and a lot less grumpy 🤣

Not just showing up…
But lifting each other up every single step of the way 🤍

Being each other’s biggest cheerleaders.

Meet our two Sarah’s, both friends, one started and the other followed. Between them, they’ve lost an incredible 8 stone…
(Which is actually the same as me 😅)

But the best part?

Grateful today for this community we’ve built at HEALTH HUT NUTRITION…

Meet Juliet Lane she walked through the doors of our club on the 12th January this year feeling very low, frustrated with the way she felt and looked. The aches and pains all over her body were incredibly debilitating. She reached a point that felt like she couldn’t go on like this, something needed to change.

‘It was time to reject my current condition and embrace regeneration! At the Health Hut is where my growth began. I started off by thinking this is magic every time I consistently showed up I was seeing the results time and time again. I was told it’s not magic, it’s your discipline, your hard work and patience which is leading to your own success.

The club has taught me so much so far, but most of all, it’s been my internal shift. I feel I’ve been slowly dismantling the ‘safe’ identity I built to protect myself, to allow the one I feel I would like to be in. I’ve been fortunate enough to have met 2 incredibly inspirational coaches Georgie and Adel, whose coaching have helped me learn about nutrition, mental strength and well-being .

They have challenged me, which has made me grow in so many ways and most of all they have shown belief in me which has lead to success across the board. My results speak for themselves, the figures are great, I love a statistic but, my physical transformation and how I feel, is so much more than numbers.

I’m now listening more to my inner voice I still have a way to go though. I’m still learning but I’m grateful for where I am today and I’m staying hungry for where my onward journey will take me.

Thank you to the whole team at the Health Hut you are all incredible and can’t thank you enough for opening a new chapter for me. I feel Fantastic.’

‘Nothing is impossible!’💥

📣We wanted to give a special shoutout to one of our longest standing members Pat (now a Wellness Coach at Health Hut Nutrition) for his remarkable progress and recent fitness achievement - conquering the Brighton Marathon for the second time!🥇

But let’s explain how this was possible first and what’s changed for Pat…

Pat started with us to improve his health. It’s fair to say that his mobility was greatly impaired (he needed the aid of a stick to help with mobilisation), he was in a lot of physical pain - joints, back pain etc - and there were other more serious health issues bubbling below the surface.

By his own admission, Pat was in a bad way.
Low mood, frustration and his confidence was at an all time low, plus the things he once enjoyed - cycling, running and the outdoor life - was something that seemed far beyond his reach. The ability to change and the willpower to do so seemed beyond his ability, and yet he knew he needed to in order to save his life.

A free wellness evaluation with Adel (Wellness Coach) was the start of Pat’s return to health.

Pat has now lost over 8-stone, improved his visceral fat readings (dangerous fat around the organs)and has been able to ditch the medication - under his GP’s guidance of course.
His body shape has changed completely and the stick is gone!
Not only that, but the massive physical changes he has made over time have meant that Pat was able to complete his second marathon a couple of weeks ago - hurrah! 🥳

Pat is living proof that with the right support, consistency and guidance, coupled with a simple nutrition plan tailored to you and your goals, that anything is possible!

Pat, we are super proud of you, especially because you are now inspiring others to reclaim their lives and not just passively accept their existing state of health. We call that paying it forward and coaching others to make the changes they need to.

Medal 🥇 Monday at The health hut nutrition.

Big shout out to some of our incredible club members who picked up some lovely bling at the weekend woo hoo 👏🏼

At club we focus on 80% nutrition, helping our members to achieve the goals they want to achieve. Whether that’s weight loss, weight gain, improve their overall health & wellbeing and sports performance too 💪 🏃‍♀️

Sarah started with us over a year ago and she was out of breath when she walked up the stairs. In the last 6 months she started the couch to 5k as a way to move a little more. She stayed consistent, we kept nudging her to push herself and believe that anything was possible. She’s doing exactly that and stepped out of her comfort zone the weekend and completed her first ever half marathon. Love it 🥰

Vicky an absolute machine now! She started in club to learn more about nutrition, improve her energy and lose some weight. Fast forward ⏩ the last 6 months she has maintained her weight, still loves to socialise and has learnt so much about how to fuel ⛽️ her fitness 🏃‍♀️ At the weekend she took on the Manchester Marathon, the last time she ran a marathon was in 2019 and has just smashed a new PB and knocked 10 minutes off her previous time!

Diego (Vicky’s husband) started with us just 2 short months ago because he wanted to learn how to fuel effectively for his 10th Ironman that’s coming up this May. Diego has never really focused on nutrition when it comes to his events but he was super impressed with what Vicky has done so he wanted to give it a go! Well let’s just say his results are insane, his recovery is so much better, and getting so much more out of his training sessions. He also completed the Manchester Marathon at the weekend (as a training run, as you do 😜) and smashed it!

These results are amazing and just a snippet of what some of our club members are achieving, we are so proud and we cannot wait to see what they all go on to achieve next…
