Our Story
Welcome to the Lowther Pavilion. Set in the beautiful Lowther Gardens in Lytham St Annes, the Lowther Pavilion Theatre has a proud history of serving the Fylde Coast and the surroundings as a cultural hub of community entertainment.
Originally built in 1921, refurbished and extended in 1982, the Lowther Pavilion is now ready for development to make it fit for the next 100 years. Imagine a building where the Pavilion and the Gardens live in harmony with each other, where people can meet for a coffee while they explore what’s on, where world class artists feel as much at home as local community groups.
The Love Lowther project is a £5 million project to renovate, update and refurbish the Lowther Pavilion and Gardens. The Lowther Trusts aims are to keep theatre alive for the next generation and we welcome all donations great or small to helping the Fylde community keep this wonderful asset at it's door.
