A calm, welcoming environment where parents can take a breath, relax and take a moment for themselves.

This months meet up we are very grafteful and lucky to have Michelle for Inner Light Sound Healing doing a sound bath mediation.

No cost for these support sessions but any donations given help us to do more activities the next month
