3 runs and 2 walks totalling 23.6 miles, has just made me a proclaimer 🤗🤗 51 days left and 500 miles to go. This has been one of the hardest things I have ever done and my poor body is run down and knackered. Think I will be spending every spare minute in September asleep 😉 please do sponsor team Jacob's walkies if you can. Even a £1 will make a difference. The term Dementia is used to describe a group of symptoms, including memory loss, confusion, language and communication problems, mood changes and difficulty with day-to-day tasks. The symptoms of Dementia get worse over time, so a person will need more and more help with everyday life. There are many causes of dementia. These include Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, dementia with Lewy bodies and frontotemporal dementia. Some of these types are classed as rare.
