What an incredible evening at the Champions Speakers Showcase, Resilient Leadership in a Changing World, hosted at the beautiful Kimpton Fitzroy London ✨

We were delighted to welcome more than 150 guests for an evening of champagne, canapés and inspiring conversations around leadership, resilience and performance in today’s rapidly changing world.

Hosted by Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, the showcase featured unforgettable insights from Sir Steve Redgrave, who reflected on the mindset and determination behind his legendary sporting success, alongside powerful leadership lessons from John Amaechi OBE on resilience, performance and navigating change.

We are delighted to announce that Kirsty Murphy MBE has officially joined our roster of keynote speakers!

Kirsty made history as the RAF’s first and only female Red Arrows display pilot, following an incredible military career as a Tornado GR4 pilot and aviation leader. Today, Kirsty speaks to organisations around the world on leadership, resilience, teamwork and performing under pressure.

We are still celebrating an unforgettable evening at the British Business Awards 🏆

Taking home the title of SME of the Year was a huge moment for the team, and it's fantastic to see our story featured in GB News. Not only did our team have the pleasure of meeting icons like Rob Brydon and Sir Bob Geldof, but it was also great to raise money for the brilliant charity Social Bite.
