🎉 WHAT. A. YEAR! 🎉
That’s another Lanlivery Vintage Rally done and dusted… well, mostly dusted! 🚜😂
A huge shout-out to all our exhibitors for bringing along their fantastic vintage vehicles, machinery and displays. You certainly gave us plenty to admire — and plenty of excuses to talk about horsepower!
Our trade and craft stands, catering teams and fun fair all played their part in making the weekend what it was, keeping everyone fed, watered, entertained and, in some cases, considerably poorer! 🎪🍔🤣
Our brilliant volunteers deserve a special mention. From the early starts and endless preparation to the jobs that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere, you’ve been absolute stars. The rally genuinely couldn’t happen without you. ❤️
And then there’s you lot — the public! Thank you for turning up in such numbers, supporting the rally and creating the atmosphere that makes all the hard work worthwhile. We hope you enjoyed yourselves as much as we did.
And as for the post-rally clear-up… 🧹
IT’S DONE! 🎉
The fields are back, the rubbish is out, the bunting has mostly been located, and we’ve only had to ask “Where does this belong?” approximately 4,783 times. 😂
We’re now entering the traditional post-rally phase of putting our feet up, forgetting how tired we are and saying “Right, what shall we do differently next year?” 🤦♂️🤣
Seriously though, what an incredible year. ❤️
