A picnic, a summer evening and jazz with a view?

Join the incredibly talented Kernow Chamber Payers for an evening of Charles Bolling classics.

Bring a blanket or chair and settle in on the lawn as the ensemble presents a vibrant programme celebrating the music of Claude Bolling, whose signature blend of classical elegance and jazz flair has delighted audiences worldwide.

The evening will feature special guest Jenny Farley, performing selections from Bolling’s much-loved Suite for Flute and Jazz Piano Trio - a work full of wit, lyricism, and irresistible rhythm. Joined by exciting young trumpeter Reuben Anelay, the programme will also include Bolling’s Toot Suite for trumpet and jazz trio, bringing energy and sparkle to the summer setting.

Described by critics as “peppy, snazzy, sublime, urbane, ethereal, all in one album: Bolling perfection”, this is music that effortlessly crosses genres, offering something fresh and uplifting for all.

With the grandeur of Boconnoc House as your backdrop and the sounds of jazz drifting through the evening air, this promises to be a truly memorable event.
