***We have some exciting news! πŸŽ‰***

We recently submitted a bid to the Just Transition Participatory Budgeting Fund for the installation of battery storage and a new efficient hot water system at the Scout Hall and we're delighted to announce that we've made it through to the next stage!

If we are successful we will be cleaner, greener, reduce our running costs and it will enable us to invest these savings in to new and exciting opportunities for our young people.

To be successful with our bid we need your votes (and all your friends and families votes too!) 🀞

Voting has opened, visit www.jtpbfund.scot/vote Take a look at all the inspiring projects and choose your top five - make sure we're one of them! πŸ—³οΈ

UPDATE TO POST
THANKS TO ALL WHO HAVE VOTED FOR US SO FAR😊
I HAVE CLARIFIED WITH MORAY COUNCIL AND YOU MUST VOTE FOR 5 PROJECTS FOR YOUR VOTE TO COUNT

We are delighted to announce that our application has been accepted for the next stage of the Moray Council Coastal Communities Grant Fund who have Β£133,000 available to help 15 worthy projects (other Lossie Projects too) . We have applied for a grant to replace our existing windows and doors which after over 40 years are in need of a makeover and by doing so will help us reduce our heating bills.
We need the community's help as the top 5 projects will secure the funding so please spare us 5 minutes of your time to vote and share this post. You have until Wednesday 3rd December to vote for us and 4 other projects.
This would mean so much to us as we are a small charity who are open only 6 months of the year and are an important visitor/heritage centre in the town.
Thanks in advance😊
