Our aim is to provide a safe space to discuss anything and everything, whilst also achieving a physical health boost!

We had a fun evening doing a run-walk, exploring some new routes around Long Melford followed by a drink at the Bull.

Now it’s light in the evenings we can do some trail runs.

We’ll be exploring some different routes over the coming weeks.

We’ll have a run and a run walk option as usual

I’ll be mostly walking after doing the London Marathon yesterday. So if you fancy joining me that would be great.

We’ll have other TRISudbury members to run with you as well.

A bit if a soggy run and talk this evening. However we were all glad we went out.

We no longer need torches and spring is in the air so hopefully well we can tempt some more of you to join us on a Tuesday evening.

Would be great to have some men join us, not just ladies as well. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Always a run-walk option available as well so perfect if getting into running, building your fitness back up or returning from injury.
