Prime Minister Edi Rama named Honorary Fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects - RIBA

A very good piece of news for Albania.
Prime Minister Edi Rama has been named among the 27 new Honorary Fellows of RIBA, one of the most important international recognitions in architecture for individuals who are not architects.

Beyond the title, this is a recognition of everything that has been happening in Albania over the past years, how architecture has become part of public discussion, how our cities have entered a new phase, and how a small country has managed to attract the attention of some of the world’s most renowned architects.

It’s also a good moment to look at this journey from an outside perspective, with all the energy, challenges, and debates it has brought. And above all, another push to keep going, with even more ambition for the development that is now taking clearer shape.

At Bread & Heart, architecture is personal. In the garden, invited architects have created their own pavilions, small, thoughtful spaces designed for dialogue.

Step inside to meet the minds behind the work, exchange ideas, and engage in informal conversations that go beyond the stage.

A rare chance to connect, reflect, and share.
