***Etsy Customers***
I can’t quite believe I’m having to write this; but I want things completely transparent.
On Wednesday night I put the incorrect password into my account & it has since been deleted by Etsy, I have no control over this and have been advised it should be resolved within 2 weeks
If you are happy & able to wait for this period all orders will be fulfilled once the shop is back up and running and you will be contacted as soon as I can get back on it (it may be sooner, but it’s all in Etsy’s hands so I can’t control that)
If you would like your order sooner I am still able to do them and now have great availability until it’s back up & running so you can request a refund from Etsy & then I will send a PayPal invoice for your order with a 10% discount included for the inconvenience of having to cancel & reorder.
If you no longer want your order, then you would need to contact Etsy to sort this as they have all of the funds and order details.
As I can’t access my account I can’t contact customers without you contacting me first so I can only apologise that I can’t contact you about your order & I’m hoping that people see the messages on my social media.
I am so sorry for the inconvenience, it’s a huge unexpected stress for me, but also completely out of my control until Etsy sort it. I believe that it’s happened to quite a few people on the same day so I’m not the only affected shop 😩

P.S. if you’ve had a dispatch notification then your order is on its way and should be with you in the next couple of says. All orders until yesterday have been dispatched. If you have any issues with your order please email as I cannot access my Etsy messages
