A few snippets from a ‘East End’ themed menu we created for the launch of a new development recently.

This included;
🍺 Beer Mojitos
🧀 Cheddar cheese croquette with Branston pickle
🍗 Tandoori chicken skewer with lime pickle and poppadom crumb
🦐 Pints of prawns with lemon and aioli
🦪Steamed mussels with malt vinegar mayo on potato crisps
🍟 Beer battered fish and chips with traditional mushy peas and tartare sauce
🥧 Braised beef and ale puff pie with mash, peas and gravy
🍛 East India Quay – chickpea curry with steamed rice, and an onion bhaji with mango chutney

It is so nice to be back in your homes and offices this January. For us January is always a great time to re group after the Christmas rush. We have time to create new menus, catch up with our clients and move at a slightly slower pace.

We have had a lovely start to 2026 with some fun events. This afternoon tea being one of them from Sunday ahead of a baptism. They had an array of sandwiches and cakes and it was enjoyed by a mix of ages. Afternoon tea is a great option when feeding children, teenagers and adults.

We are now looking ahead to some really exciting upcoming events. Please do get in touch if you have anything on the horizon that you may need catering help with.
