‘Into the darkness’
D&D London’s Butler’s Wharf restaurant collective, will be ‘blacking out’ electricity every evening throughout 6-15th September. Enjoy candlelit dining at Butler’s Wharf Chophouse, Le Pont de La Tour, Cantina del Ponte and Blueprint Café alongside a calendar of special events from Blind Wine Tasting, to Ghost Bus Tours, to a Fire and Flambé night. Join us under the stars at our
‘Blackout Banquet’, a pop-up 40m communal table spanning the riverbank. Diners will feast on a rotating menu of dishes showcasing each of the four riverside restaurants for £35 per person including an arrival drink. The candlelit culinary journey through each cuisine will occur every evening throughout the festival period, and at lunchtimes on Saturdays and Sundays. Lunch service commences at 12.30pm for a sit-down time of 1.00pm. Dinner service commences at 7.00pm with a sit-down time of 7.30pm. Each venue has created a bespoke cocktail menu, featuring Ketel One Espresso Martinis, Tanqueray Swim & Tonics, refreshing Don Julio cocktails such as Don Julio Lagerita and see in the close of summer with Tanqueray Rhubarb, Apple & Aperol fruit punch (£5 for drinks, £20 for pitchers)
Lighting up the darkness will be Neon Noir, a pop-up bar outside Blueprint Café and the Design Museum. Join us for weekend BBQs and kids activities in the daytime, or dance the night away at our silent disco against a backdrop of neon.
