La Linea is The London Latin Music Festival which takes place in venues across Central London each April. Founded in 2001 the festival is a twenty first century presentation of all that is best and current in contemporary Latin music.

🚨 EXCLUSIVE HEADLINER REVEAL! 🚨
Following her previous sold-out show at the Barbican Centre, we are thrilled to announce our first headliner for La Linea 2027
Grammy-winning icon Lila Downs is returning to the UK for another exclusive concert!

Lila Downs is a singer-songwriter whose music moves between rancheras, boleros, cumbia, jazz and Mexican folk traditions, sung in Spanish, English and several Indigenous Mexican languages. Her songs explore identity, migration and social justice, and she has shared stages and studios with Mercedes Sosa, Norah Jones, Santana and Natalia Lafourcade. Her music featured on the soundtrack to the acclaimed film Frida.

For this concert, Downs performs music from her latest album Cambias mi Mundo, a work that places her own songwriting at the centre, with acoustic arrangements rooted in the Mexican musical traditions she has always carried. Expect songs from across her career alongside the new.

Yesterday at the Barbican, we came together in rhythm, voice and movement for a beautiful .circle. 🥁

Thank you to Maestra Darlina Sáenz Garcés for sharing her powerful voice, wisdom and tradition with us in London. Gracias Maestra for reminding us of the strength, joy and community at the heart of bullerengue.
Thank you to Akolá Tambó and to everyone who joined the circle, families, children, musicians, dancers and people from so many different backgrounds. It was truly special to see such a diverse turnout connecting through this Afro-Colombian tradition.
Bullerengue is celebration, resilience and togetherness, and yesterday the rueda was full of all of that. ❤️

Memories of last night at the for Las Poderosas Colombian Queens.
moved us with a powerful and deeply meaningful set, her words, her honesty, and her music created a beautiful connection with the audience.

brought the spirit of Colombia’s Pacific coast to the stage, and surprised us all with a very special moment alongside Quantic, performing some of their most iconic collaborations. Thank you for that energy, Nidia 💛

took us on a vibrant Colombian journey, joined by dancers and an incredible band, with the whole room singing along to classics inspired by Totó la Momposina.
A true celebration of Colombian music, culture and community, exactly what La Línea is about. 🇨🇴

Thank you to everyone who came down to Suena Bien – La Linea Festival Afterparty at 🇲🇽✨
It was really special to end this year’s festival surrounded by so many familiar faces, people we’ve seen at concerts throughout Movimientos, Mexibrit friends, La Linea, collaborators, and everyone who helped make this happen in one way or another.
It felt like a proper celebration of community, music, and all the energy that has carried us through all the shows and events.
A huge thank you to , and Disco Psicodélico for the incredible sets, the beautiful energy, and for bringing the fiesta all the way to Hackney Bridge.

And most of all, thank you to everyone who danced, showed up, supported, shared the night with us, and made it feel so alive.

Still thinking about Tuesday night in Camden.

brought something truly special to Electric Ballroom, a sold-out room full of people who have been waiting a long time for this moment.

From the first song, you could feel the connection.
Voices loud, emotions high, and a crowd that knew every word.

A 2.5 hour set full of iconic songs, shared between the band and the audience from start to finish.

Thank you Caifanes for such an unforgettable night, and thank you to everyone who came early, stayed late and made it what it was.
