This workshop is designed to help you build more confidence and awareness in your upper body training, focusing on pressing and pulling movements. We’ll cover posture, mobility, activation, and lifting technique to help you move better, lift pain-free, and understand what your body needs to progress.

My Fitness: Full Body

Right now I’m chasing a 100kg clean & press and a 3min 1km — but I’m not letting that narrow my training.

I still want to stay well-rounded, so this session is about filling the gaps while still building towards those goals.

Keeping it simple with the basics: push-ups, rows, Zerchers & lunges — building strength, control, and balance across the board.

This is how I train — dial into the goal, but don’t neglect the rest. That’s real performance and longevity.
