Most organisations know their people are their biggest asset. But knowing it and being able to show it are two different things.
Our research found that 43% of organisations have no formal people management strategy in place. No structure for how they lead, develop or support their teams. Just good intentions and a lot of hard work.

The problem with that isn't effort, it's evidence. When you can't measure how your people are being managed, you can't improve it. And when you can't demonstrate it, it's harder to attract the right people, retain the ones you have, and make the case for investment internally.
