Shed 26kg in 11 weeks. I’ve finally got my confidence back.
I spent years hiding my body. I’d turn the lights off, wear oversized t-shirts, and avoid looking in full-length mirrors. I felt frumpy and invisible. My husband never said anything, but I could feel the distance growing between us. I just didn't feel like "me" anymore.
The final straw was refusing to go to a friend's 50th because "I had nothing to wear." Seeing the disappointment on my husband’s face made me realise I was letting life pass me by.
My sister sent me an article about a "sleeping metabolism" and a natural way to wake it up without spending hours at the gym.
Now? I’m 26kg lighter. I bought a fitted red dress for our anniversary dinner, and I felt a million bucks. I’ve got my waistline back, and more importantly, my spark.
