Is it ever the right time! Yes, I think so. My last working day will be 31/12/2025.
I have come to the end of my road, it is time for me to hang up my cleaning cloth, and put away my dusting brush, polishes and lay back and enjoy my retirement.
I started with Samuelson film services in 1982 and continued with Panavision before I moved over to Joined Tiffen. I have had 43 years of continuous wonderful working memories in this industry.
I have had the pleasure of working with so many of you all, to have seen you grow from young Film School students to becoming cinemaphotographers that you are.
I would like to thank you all for the cooperation and trust you gave me during my time, it has been an honor to have known you all.
I wish you all good health, good fortunes and my blessings with your projects and endeavours and hope our paths cross again one day.
I will be looking out for your names in the credits, and say I know that DP when HE/SHE was a film school student.
