On Redchurch Street, Chiave is a relaxed-yet-refined cocktail bar where design, music, and hospitality move in sync, from candlelit window seats to easy-going group tables.

A bespoke hi-fi sound system and DJs spinning late turn the room into a low-lit, cosy space that gently shifts from conversation to dancing as the night goes on.

For London Cocktail Week, they poured Golden Slumbers - , London dry gin, mastiha, chamomile & saffron cordial, finished with an aromatic bitters float.

A Shoreditch institution and notorious party bar with Lewis Carroll-inspired décor and multiple rooms to explore, Callooh Callay is a fast-paced spot where closing time arrives all too quickly.

For London Cocktail Week, they served Tropical + Quince, combining Belvedere vodka, quince vermouth, sherry and absinthe, topped with Schweppes Tropical Soda for a bright, aromatic finish.

PS. If you ask nicely, you might get to see the secret bar upstairs!

Three Cents see how much the trade gives during London Cocktail Week, so alongside El Camion, they gave something back!

Throughout the festival, if you ordered the El Camion x Three Cents Paloma, you were treated to one of El Camion’s legendary tacos on the house.

What’s in the glass? Tequila Ocho, fresh grapefruit, lime juice, a pinch of salt, and Three Cents Grapefruit Soda - bright, balanced, and built for post-shift sipping.

Discount Suit Company is a basement speakeasy with a reputation for inventive cocktails, intimate nooks and crannies, and nights that tend to run later than planned.

For London Cocktail Week, they served the Birch Plz - a rich, playful blend of Angel’s Envy bourbon, red maple sake, beurre noisette, birch and pecan, balancing deep savoury notes with subtle sweetness.

Expect standout service, a packed dance floor as the night rolls on, and a soundtrack that nudges the room from cosy cocktail den into full-tilt party.

Cinco is a laid-back love letter to Mexican drinking culture - a standalone cocktail bar where agave takes centre stage, backed up by small plates from their sibling restaurant Corrochio.

For London Cocktail Week, they served two signature drinks - Grafigrapa, a bright, gently bitter mix of Ocho blanco tequila, nectarine liqueur and Italian aperitivo topped with a grapefruit soda foam; and El Octavo Alquimista, a richer, more herbal tequila sour with Ocho reposado tequila, Suze, Alma Finca orange liqueur, lemon and sugar syrup.

Here, you can expect thoughtful flavour pairings, a deep respect for Mexican spirits, and a space that feels more neighbourhood haunt than hype bar - the kind of place you pop into “for one” and end up staying far longer than planned!

Introducing the Aura Margarita - one of the Signature Cocktails for London Cocktail Week 2025 at Viajante - a heady mix of Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, pear, lime, Palo Santo and white sage - bright, smoky, and just a little bit mysterious.

This tucked-away gem in Notting Hill feels part cocktail bar, part sanctuary. The drinks come from Pietro Collina (ex-Nomad) and the place is run by Veronica Di Pietrantonio (ex-Lyan Group), who channeled inspiration from recent travels across Latin America into every detail of the menu.

Expect unfamiliar ingredients, over 300 bottles of tequila and mezcal lining the shelves, and cork walls, velvet, and low lighting that make it ideal for long chats and slightly-too-late nights.

The London Edition boasts an outstanding restaurant with jaw-dropping interiors, a glamorous lobby bar, and a clandestine late-night cocktail lounge - all housed within the elegant setting of this remarkable hotel.

For London Cocktail Week 2025, The Punch Room served Yugen, combining Suntory Toki Japanese Whisky, coconut syrup, oolong tea, Laphroaig, whole milk and orange bitters.

Meanwhile, in The Lobby Bar, Easy Times is made with Maker's Mark Whiskey, Amaro Montenegro, jasmine and demerara sugar.

Three distinct venues all under one roof for whatever the occasion!

Signature Cocktail showcase - Florattica Rooftop London.

Eleven floors above the City, this rooftop boasts glorious skyline views beneath a ceiling of dried flowers - an atmospheric setting for cocktails high above London. They’ve created three delicious cocktails for London Cocktail Week!

RANCHITO - Tequila Ocho, pink peppercorn & orange sherbet, citrus and soda water.

ROSE CLOUD - Seedlip, pink peppercorn & orange sherbet, citrus, cranberry juice and foamer.

BEE AND BLOOM - Rum, honey & chamomile cordial, citrus and topped with Moët & Chandon Champagne.

🎟️ London Cocktail Week returns from October 9th - 19th, and Florattica Rooftop London is one of 200 hand-picked bars taking part!

Signature cocktails are available for just £9 to wristband holders, with Tiny Cocktails and Alcohol Free tipples at £6, and Moët & Chandon Champagne creations at £12.
