A night not to be missed next week - see you there?

On Tuesday 01 September - don’t miss out on your chance to attend a real-life auction evening and bid on some very special items!

Our friends at Equal Measures UK - who exist to support underrepresented and marginalised people working within the hospitality industry - are hosting their first ever event of its kind at the stunning new nancyscocktails in London Bridge

There will be welcome drinks on arrival by Bruichladdich Distillery and The Botanist, small plates by celebrity chef, Jay Morjaria, cocktails by a rotating roster of world-famous bartenders including Dré Masso, Chelsie Bailey and Benedetta Paris (pictured) and exclusive gift bags from Nicola McRedmond and The Heart Cut.

Consummate host Jack Sotti will be presenting the whole thing - this is the chance to secure some exclusive, rare and money-can’t-buy lots that you are unlikely to have the chance to bid on ever again, including the ultimate Islay experience: ownership of a FERGUSON WHISKY. Islay Cask, an exclusive warehouse tasting with Founder David Ferguson, and a two-night stay in a beautiful four-bedroom house in Port Charlotte. Woah!

Tickets are £75 - available via the link in bio.

Yesterday, revealed the latest additions to its global list of PINNED bars.

This round saw three London bars recognised - all hotel bars this time - bringing the capital’s total to 34 PINNED bars, more than any other city in the world, across every style of venue. Proof indeed that we’re so lucky to live here!

We might be somewhat biased (as the co-founders) but The Pinnacle Guide a really great resource for finding great bars around the world. It’s a rigorous assesment that looks at excellence both sides of the bar, and so being PINNED is a huge achievement!

Congratulations to all the new PIN recipients!

Gildas - a Basque pintxo featuring a cocktail stick traditionally loaded up with an anchovy, olive and pickled pepper - are our current go-to bar snack, firmly finding their place on menus across the capital.

Light, bursting with umami, and the perfect accompaniment to a martini - we’ve rounded up some of our recent favourites around town.

On Redchurch Street, Chiave is a relaxed-yet-refined cocktail bar where design, music, and hospitality move in sync, from candlelit window seats to easy-going group tables.

A bespoke hi-fi sound system and DJs spinning late turn the room into a low-lit, cosy space that gently shifts from conversation to dancing as the night goes on.

For London Cocktail Week, they poured Golden Slumbers - , London dry gin, mastiha, chamomile & saffron cordial, finished with an aromatic bitters float.
