The Hound Venue is delighted to launch a brand new Chair FIT class starting Tuesday 19th May from 1.30pm – 2.30pm ☕🍪

This friendly, feel-good session includes:

✨ Gentle movement for strength, stability & flexibility
✨ Activities to keep both body and brain active
✨ FREE tea, coffee & a biscuit afterwards!

Designed for anyone who prefers a more supported, seated exercise class, this new session offers a calmer pace while still helping you stay active, mobile and confident in movement.

Our original ChairFit class will continue every Tuesday from 10.30am – 11.30am — perfect for those who enjoy a more upbeat and faster-paced session.

🌿 Prefer a steadier, gentler approach?
