Fantastic kimchi workshop with Kirsteen Mcswein. It was a fun and informative. We learnt we should be eating fermented foods 3 times a day as it supports our gut health by contributing beneficial microbes in our system. Luckily sourdough bread, live yoghurt and coffee also count as fermented food! 😉 Hands very dirty in the process lol 😂.

Claire and Hannah offer affordable acupuncture and craniosacral therapy. It’s a well loved, friendly community clinic space running 4 treatment beds over 2 floors.

** Hannah is an acupuncturist and fertility awareness teacher and has been in practice for ten years. She specialises in supporting people with fertility issues and problem periods.

** Claire has been running her health and wellness business since 2003. She offers Cranial Sacral Therapy (CST) has its roots in osteopathy and is a holistic body treatment. Working with very gentle adjustments, the body relaxes and finds it’s way back to health.
