London HK Dragon Boat Festival The aim is to raise money for worthwhile charities whilst having a great deal of Fun! 25 June 2017 will be a great day out for the family.

Found in 1983, the London Chinese Lions Club is again hosting the London Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival on Sunday 30 June 2019 - dragon racing, street food, music. The Dragon Boat Races start early in the morning and entertainment starts at noon finishing at 6pm. On top of the exciting Dragon Boat race (which is open to allcomers - so go to our website and register), there will be the popular East

West stage, featuring up-and-coming Chinese and British music . If you know someone talented who would like to join us and perform LIVE on stage, please ask them to contact us at [email protected]

We are also expanding our street food market in 2016. Hong Kong is well-known for its offering of high quality international restaurants as well as a large choice in Chinese regional cooking alongside a drinks bar. The London Dragon Boat food festival aims to follow the same tradition and will bring to you a wide selection of your favourite street food. Furthermore, there will be martial arts, traditional dance as well as Chinese songs performed on stage. Admission to the Dragon Boat Festival is FREE. This is all in aid of the London Hong Kong Lions Club supported charities so please join us at the Regatta Centre, have fun and help us raise money for our charities.
