The Bristol Crew have just wrapped after four days on site at the Estelle Manor in Oxfordshire ☀️

Working with BrandFuel, the crew supported general event operations across the venue, helping build and manage the space throughout the project from initial setup through to final pack down.

Events in venues like this Grade II listed landmark house require flexibility, efficiency, and strong teamwork behind the scenes. The Bristol crew delivered throughout and represented Alpha Crew brilliantly on site.

A pleasure to work at such a stunning historic venue, and great to be working alongside Brandfuel again 👏

From build days to load out, the Alpha Crew Berlin team has been hard at work at HYROX Berlin over the past couple of weeks 💪 🇩🇪

Based at Tempelhof Airport, the event brought together thousands of athletes and spectators for eight days of competition, with huge amounts of infrastructure required across the site to keep everything running smoothly.

Our crew returned across multiple phases of the project, supporting the initial setup ahead of the live event before coming back on site for breakdown once the competition wrapped up. From staging and branding to operational areas and event infrastructure, it was a fast paced job with a lot of moving parts throughout.

Projects on this scale take serious teamwork behind the scenes so well done the Berlin team for doing a fantastic job 👏

Last week, Alpha Crew was on site in Manhattan supporting the delivery of the Louis Vuitton Cruise 2027 Show 🇺🇸

Staged within the historic surroundings of The Frick Collection art museum, the production transformed the venue into an intimate show space for one of the biggest events in the fashion calendar.

Our New York crew supported across the build, live show, and breakdown, helping deliver the infrastructure and behind-the-scenes operations needed to bring a production to life in this Gilded Age mansion. Fast-paced schedules, tight turnarounds, and attention to detail are all part of projects like these, and the team delivered throughout.

Another brilliant international production to be part of, and a huge well done to everyone involved 👏

POV: you’re on this year’s Alpha Crew Charity Bike Ride 🚴‍♂️

From early morning starts and long stretches on the road to ferry crossings, snack stops, and the final push into The Hague, this video captures some of the moments that made this year’s ride so memorable.

Over four days, the team cycled from London to the Netherlands in memory of our dear colleague and friend, Hassan Elabbady, raising money for the incredible work of the British Heart Foundation.
