📣 WE’RE HIRING: GENERAL MANAGER

Join the team at Paddington Arts during an exciting period of growth and expansion.

We’re looking for an organised, people-focused General Manager with experience in building and line management, community engagement, and a passion for the arts and youth sector. The role of the General Manager is to take responsibility for maintenance and improvement of the building; for timetabling internal and external bookings so that we can prioritise Paddington Arts programme, at the same time enabling maximum use of the building for community groups and professional companies.

Full-time – 40 hrs/week
£35,000 + pension + 28 days holiday
📍 Paddington Arts, W9
