Our next Cider Barn Opening - 6th June

2-8pm

After a wonderful first trial we're opening up again on the farm where Luke makes all his cider.

Come along for an afternoon of good drink, good food and good vibes!

Food will be provided by
(Very happy about this one as cider and curry has to be one to the finest of combinations!)

The Sun gods looked kindly on our inaugural Cider Barn opening!

We tested out opening up on the farm on Saturday and it went better than we could have hoped!

I've been trying to put this post together for over a week now, but going back through all the old photos and trying to formulate something that does justice to the magnificent three years that our little Tap Room has given me is no small task...

It has been a wonderful journey! And probably one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

It's safe to say I didn't know what lay ahead when I first decided to take on the tiny little unit. The greatest takeaway from the whole venture has been the absolute joy of being part of the community that built up around our bar.

I’m very reluctant to take credit for that. I believe people naturally gravitate towards places where they feel welcome, comfortable, and connected — and that sense of belonging came from everyone who came in and kept coming back.

So ultimately, thank you.

Well we've got a very exciting opportunity for you!

Now, a confession…
Luke really likes barrels. Maybe a bit too much. At our recent AGM, Blake even told him to stop spending all the money on them 👀
So Luke did what any sensible cidermaker would do — he turned it into an idea… one you can be part of!

We're offering the chance to sponsor your very own barrel and help to shape our Barrel Project series.
Investment: £200
Includes:
• A dedicated 200-litre ex-rum oak barrel
• A private cidery tour and guided tasting
• Taste and choose what goes into your barrel
• Three cases (18 bottles) of the finished first-fill cider from your barrel
• Periodic samples to follow the evolution and ageing of your cider

There are only 3 barrels left, and each will produce a one-of-a-kind expression.

We're combining it with Wassail celebrations so you can help us to usher in a bountiful harvest and wish us all the positive vibes for the next chapter of our journey!

It’s going to be hard to say farewell to our wonderful little tap room. It’s been a wild ride and has exceeded all our expectations.
We’d love for you to come down and share a final drink with us—it feels only right to see as many of you as possible who have helped to make the place so special!
