Producer Spotlight: Seven Sisters Brewery

Seven Sisters Brewery started as homebrewers in a one-bed flat in North London. After a while they moved on from kits and started trying our their own ideas. This culminated with "End of Thyme" a beer that Chris invented with his girlfriend that was inspired by the South of France.

Since registering and starting to sell their beers Seven Sisters have expanded their capacity and increased their brew frequency. They've also started canning their beers. Joining Chris and Tristan James is Julio who has stepped in to help with sales, logistics and long term planning.

Seven Sisters beers are tasting good and getting better and they can't wait to share them with you at the festival next weekend!

Producer Spotlight: Hammerton Brewery

Hammerton Brewery is a microbrewery based in Islington brewing small batch beers with the aim to bring great tasting beer back to the borough and also re-establish the Hammerton Brewery name in London.

Hammerton Brewery originally began brewing in London in 1868. Sadly it ceased to brew in the late 1950s and was later demolished. In 2014, a member of the Hammerton family decided to resurrect the family name in brewing. It also brings brewing back to Islington, a London borough with a great beer making heritage.

Hammerton Beers today are based both on modern and traditional brewing techniques. The team are lovers of all things beer and their beers are influenced not just by English beers but the great beers found across the globe.

The team consist of Lee (Owner/ Brewer), Karina (Commercial), Eddie & Barry (Sales), Daniel (Head Brewer), Kieran (Brewer), Elliott (Assistant Brewer) and Dave (Drayman and Assistant Brewer).

Their emphasis is on taste and using the best quality ingredients possible.

Producer Spotlight: Moncada Brewery

Moncada brewery was launched in 2011 recently moving to a much larger site towards the end of 2017.

With the new equipment they are now able to experiment more and have launched the Blueprint Series to celebrate. Some of the beers already released in this range are Vanilla Custard Imperial Stout, Fruity Sours, their first NEIPA along with some keg specials that have only been launched in their brand new taproom. As well as this they have been able to work on and improve the Notting Hill range of beers that focus on their core range of styles.

Brewing naturally, brewing with passion and brewing with friends.‌

Make sure you get down to their new Taproom for a few practice sessions before the festival!
