We awarded the trophy for Mindful Colour Genius 2026 to Butchers Salon at a fun event recently. We toasted with bubbles and beamed for the cameras while much aware of what a hefty, meaningful title this has become. To be mindful about your colour business (well, all your salon activity really) is now a must. Put it this way, being sustainable in business is expected rather than an afterthought. Your clients will assume you’re taking care of their hair and perhaps not considering how. It’s important to make your efforts and ethics relatable and aspirational for your clients.
