What happens when climate, technology, biodiversity and other risks interact, and amplify one another?

Weโ€™re pleased to welcome Dr Ajay Gambhir, Director of Systemic Risk Assessment at the Accelerator for Systemic Risk Assessment (ASRA), to RWN Summit 2026.

Ajay specialises in assessing systemic risk in an increasingly interconnected world, examining the interactions and feedbacks between climate change, biodiversity loss, disruptive technologies, mis- and disinformation, and other societal and ecosystem stressors.

Before joining ASRA, Ajay was a Senior Research Fellow at Imperial College London, leading research on energy systems and climate risk. He has also held UK Government policy and economics roles, including work on the development of the UKโ€™s Climate Change Act 2008.
