As FOOTPRINT+ 2026 grows closer, we're celebrating the Changemakers having a vital impact on the built environment.

What was once a process of demolition by default, is now calibrated to harvest materials and resources for reuse.

For Lyndsey, the most important shift has been cultural. Bringing site teams into the conversation, explaining why change matters and creating space for people to contribute has led to new ways of working and unexpected innovation.

That approach has already delivered tangible results, including the return of 900 tonnes of internal glass back into manufacture.
