At Pause Live, we’re proud to shine a spotlight on SPF for SPF awareness week 🤏🏼

It’s a vital step within the skincare routine and is one that is often overlooked. Whether you only apply it in direct sunlight, rely on the SPF within your makeup or simply do not believe it’s necessary, it’s time to switch the narrative.

SPF can protect the signs of aging and prevent skin cancer.

Do you use SPF in your skincare routine? 👀

Thank you to and for hosting such an incredible and inspiring event - The goody bag is full of amazing products from industry leading brands ✨

It’s SPF Awareness Week and we’re shining a light on just how important sunscreen is, not only for protecting your skin but also for helping to prevent skin cancer.

So many of us forget it, skip it when it’s cloudy, or don’t know what to actually look for when buying SPF 👀

Stay tuned tomorrow where we’ll be sharing our top tips on what to look for when choosing the right sunscreen for you 💛

PCOS is officially being renamed PMOS (Polycystic Ovarian Metabolic Syndrome) and the name change actually makes a lot of sense 🤍

For years, the name “PCOS” has focused on ovaries, when the condition is so much more than that. Hormones, metabolism, insulin resistance, inflammation, mental health, fertility, skin, energy levels… the list goes on.

The shift to PMOS feels like a step towards recognising the full picture and validating what so many women have been saying for years: it’s not “just” a reproductive condition 🙌🏼

That said, changing the name alone isn’t enough. Better diagnosis, better education, more research and actually listening to women still matters most.

What do you think of the name change? 👀

Marva, menopause coaching counsellor, is returning to PAUSE live… and we’re so excited that she’s back!

Expect real talk on all things menopause, including the topics that don’t get nearly enough attention.

Race and menopause.

Unshrinking women.

And what it really means to live your best life during this stage.

Because menopause isn’t a destination… it’s a journey 💬✨

Be in the room for this one 👀

What do we want for the next generation?

More understanding. Better education. Real support when it comes to hormones.

From first periods to everything that follows… no one should be left guessing, dismissed, or struggling to be heard.

Because for too long, women’s health has been underfunded, overlooked, and pushed aside.

At PAUSE live, we’re changing that conversation. Creating space for education, expert advice, and the kind of support so many women have been missing 💬✨

Workshops. Honest conversations. The information you’ve been searching for.

The goal? For us to be the last generation that has to shout this loudly.

It’s time for better 👏

“We need to be together. We need community. We need to share this stuff… the good, the bad, the ugly… and the sexy bits too.” 💬✨

Lou Featherstone is back at PAUSE live and bringing the energy 🔥

From self love to self confidence to self pleasure… nothing’s off limits. This is your space to say the things you’ve been thinking but haven’t had the room to share yet.

Expect honesty, connection, and a whole lot of feel-good moments 💛

See you there 👀

Progesterone. Oestrogen. Testosterone.

Three hormones that need to work together… yet so many women are never told the full picture.

You might have heard of HRT. But some are now calling it PET, recognising that testosterone plays a role too.

At PAUSE live, we’re opening up the conversation. From understanding your symptoms to exploring both medical and holistic options, it’s about finding what works for you.

Because the more you know, the more confident you can feel in your choices 💬✨

Join us on October 10th at Sancroft, Convene, St Paul’s.
