Our Zarina went up North at the end of July to attend a networking event with our industry colleagues. The event is called RepsUnited and it is a collaborative network of independent UK-based MICE sales representation companies. It was established to bring together hotel, destination, venue, and DMC representation specialists who typically compete with each other, but who recognized the value of working collectively to support the meetings, incentives, conferences, and events industry. We at hotel republic are very proud to be amongst this effective collective.

Together with all the other Representation companies we invited 58 clients from the midlands and north of UK. We had some amazing agencies present and we were able to network and present our hotel portfolio to all of them. Beginning of this week we had the pleasure to spend 24h in Berlin visiting our newest client in our portfolio . It was great to see their meeting facilities which can accommodate up to 350 people in theatre style in their largest room. But also great break out spaces with a very convenient layout for events.

We made it to the final. Thank you so much for voting for us, hotel republic as Best UK Representation Company. We are looking forward to the awards in September, we are having a table for our clients with Postillion Hotels and Palladium Hotel Group. Our client PortAventura Business & Events is also shortlisted as Best Overseas Conference Centre and our client City of Dreams Mediterranean also made it to the final as Best Overseas Hotel.
