As a Christian, some might wonder why I’m in Dubai during Ramadan, but I’ve always believed you can appreciate different cultures and religions without watering down your own faith.

Ramadan is a time of discipline, patience, and reflection, qualities that are just as important in leadership and every area of life.

Being here, I’m reminded that great leaders practice self-awareness, resilience, and a heart for service, values that align with the spirit of Ramadan.

So how do I demosntraet this?
I try to take my time to listen to poeple and not judge
As an extrovert, lime light hogger..hahaha, I am consious that Im not centre of attention all the time and give others a chance to shine their light
