We moved to Mission Kitchen nearly 2 years ago and have met so many fabulous, like-minded entrepreneurs like !

Both businesses joined the Hatch Enterprise accelerator program, and we found it incredibly helpful in rethinking our business model. Plus, we connected with a fantastic new community there!

This year, we have specially created our rice cake/Nian Gao with a snake design made with red date paste, and we have collaborated with Inkjoygraphy to create a unique Fai Chun for our LNY/CNY gift box.

Every year at Too Much Sugar, we create unique flavors for our festive products. This year‘s Nian Gao flavors are Traditional Brown Sugar, Signature pandan and a NEW FLAVOR: YUZU!

Our nian gao has no major allergens and suitable for and .

Whether you are looking for a small household celebration or a big party, we have you covered. Our Nian Gao is available in two sizes and two bundle deals!

Thanks so much for supporting us throughout the year and a lot of you have been there with us since the very beginning of the journey! You guys are awesome!

2024 is a pretty big changed for us- We changed from 1 to 2 working full time and worked on a lot different projects! Btw a lot of exciting news is coming in #2025 ! 💓

⭐️🎄聖誕布丁小知識📖

端午節吃粽，中秋節食月餅，感恩節吃火雞，🎅聖誕節又應該吃咩呢？在英國傳統文化，就一定係食Christmas Pudding 喇！Christmas Pudding 係聖誕晚餐扮演著一個非常重要既角色。

係🇬🇧英國做聖誕布丁原來係一件大事，傳統上，在製作過程裏面，全家人都要參與，每人輪流拌材料同時許願，咁樣願望成真！一般既聖誕布丁係聖誕節前幾星期做好，然後用🍾淋左酒既布包著，再放入雪櫃，等待聖誕節當日拎出來食。

據說製作聖誕布丁的過程中，傳統上會將一枚銀幣🪙放入蛋糕體中，只要邊個享用聖誕布丁時，咬到了那枚銀幣，象徵著接下來的一年，將獲得好運☺️

在聖誕節當日，聖誕布丁上桌前需要再蒸熱一下，完成之後再將白蘭地倒係布丁表面，緊接著點火,營造出聖誕布丁熊熊燃燒既畫面🔥個畫面真係好熱鬧溫馨。

We are super excited to host a workshop with again this Christmas after a successful run in Mid-Autumn Festival!

Celebrate Christmas by immersing yourself in traditional Chinese art and creating some delicious in our half-day workshop where you will make a yule log and a lightbox decorated with your own calligraphy, and you can enjoy bottomless mulled wine throughout!
