Alongside so many incredible talks around menopause at Everywoman Fest, we also have intimate workshops and expert-led conversations designed to go even deeper 💛

Smaller groups.
More space to ask questions.
And the chance to hear directly from clinicians and experts in a much more personal setting.

From brain fog and sleep disruption to heart health, weight changes and movement during menopause, these sessions are designed to help women leave feeling informed, supported and less alone.

These conversations deserve time, space and honesty ✨

A gynae obstacle course probably wasn’t on your Everywoman bingo card… but here we are 💥

Led by Doctor Aziza Sesay, this is all about making conversations around gynae health feel open, normal and genuinely fun.

Expect obstacles, teamwork, problem solving and a very different way of learning about your body.

Because words like v***a, va**na and cl****is shouldn’t feel awkward to say.

Catch the Gynae Obstacle Course at Everywoman Festival 👀

The ones that make women feel seen, informed and less alone.

As a mum of girls, the Education Area feels really personal to me.

I don’t want the next generation to have to piece together information about their bodies through whispers, panic, Google searches or TikTok.

I want them to have better conversations earlier.

At Everywoman Festival, the Education Area is a relaxed drop-in space for young people to learn from experts, ask questions and understand their bodies with more confidence.

It’s not like the main stage. You can come and go, drop into the sessions that feel relevant and take what you need.

These are the conversations we wish we’d had sooner.

Joining the Everywoman Festival London 2026 speaker line-up is one of our ambassadors, Molly Fenton!

Molly is a young women’s health advocate and Founder of ‘The Love Your Period Campaign,’ which encourages conversations around stigmatised topics following her own brain tumour diagnosis. By addressing gaps that the support leaflets didn’t cover, Molly helps shape policies and programs in collaboration with her healthboard and NHS Wales, and third-sector organisations, to better support young people with their health.

Join Molly Fenton in the Education Area at 14:50 speaking on ‘Advocating for yourself as a young person’ - all areas in this session are included in your entry ticket now available at everywomanfest.com
