DNB Boxing, a fun, social and high energy workout set to the driving beats of drum & bass! Easy to follow boxing combos with cardio bursts and bodyweight moves to get the heart pumping. Good vibes, great music and a whole lot of sweat!

Quiet Cove is focused on helping runners recover well, move better, and stay consistent with their training. Each treatment is tailored to how your body moves, combining hands-on work with movement to create real, lasting change.
Ice Breakers’ Wild Swimming
Experience the physical and mental benefits of cold water and community. Ice Breakers is a registered charity centred around Men’s mental health. Ice Breakers are bringing their methodology to FORM Festival to create an experience for all.
