The Heart of Wales 7s Sports & Music Festival includes 150+ teams from Elite and Social Mens, Womens, VETs & Touch Rugby, Netball and Hockey from around the UK. The Music Festival runs on the Friday and Saturday night with other entertainment and VIP Glamping available.

When people think of HoW7s they see the rugby, the music, the stages and the madness.

What they don't always see is the army of legends behind the scenes making it all happen πŸ‘Š

Today's introductions are 9 lads who have become a huge part of the HoW7s family over the last few years ❀️

πŸš— Llion – Parking Guru

🦺 Caine Di**le – Hi-Viz Specialist

πŸ’ͺ Morgs – Bodybuilder

🍝 Lewis – Can Play Anywhere

πŸ•·οΈ Rich – One Bounce Wizard

πŸ”₯ Rhys, Will & Luke - Future Stars

Between them they've clocked up nearly 20 HoW7s caps and have helped with everything from site builds, parking, traffic management, team support, radios, equipment runs and solving the hundreds of little problems that come with running Wales' biggest sports & music festival.

They're the people you'll find turning up early, staying late and getting stuck into whatever needs doing.

Of course, their scouting reports aren't exactly spotless... πŸ˜‚

But behind all the stories is a group of lads who care about the event, care about each other, and have become a massive part of what HoW7s is today.

Many started out helping here and there. Now they're trusted members of the team and people we can genuinely rely on when the pressure is on.
