Tomorrow is the big day

Gym’s open as usual for members, but the upstairs area is reserved for the madness (aka the competition).

Spectators — you’re more than welcome. All we ask is you show some love by grabbing a coffee or drink while you’re here.

Competitors — doors open at 7am. Get in early, warm up, and get your head right.

Heads up: every team (except the first) will be kicking off 10 minutes earlier than planned — 8:00, 8:20, 8:40, and so on.
