The aim of Bars & Keys is to offer a community safe haven for children who wish to explore their musical talent. Offering them 1-1 Tuition, Free Workshops, Production and Recording.
We will hold Showcase Events so that the little stars can show off their newfound talent to family, friends and their community.
During the school holidays, Bars & Keys will become a Music Camp so that the children have somewhere to spend their days, whilst still keeping up with their education as they are mentored in a fun and expressive way.
We want to work with different communities, with our reach growing over time and to also work with schools and charities. We believe that music is one of the best forms of therapy and stimulation for those with disabilities. For this reason, we will be designing Free music events for charities and organisations in the near future.
We also want to open the doors to music production, publishing and guidance to everyone. We will help budding artists grow in their field and guide them to creating a finished musical project. We will be able to create a single/album right there in the studio for these artists! Imagine your child coming home with their own personal CD.. Can you even imagine the pride you would feel?
Bars & Keys will be opening channels of distribution to hopefully allow the project to grow and then open more studios in communities nationwide.
Once we have established a home base, the next project will be a mobile studio to go to those who can't get to us!
We already have a few items for the project, but nowhere near enough to run a community-driven project. This is where we need your support.. So please, fund our campaign to mentor young children.
