World Mental Health Day is coming up... the 10th of October; a day to illuminate.. is also a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.
Mental health at the top of our personal agenda in and outside of work, to make sure we’re looking after number one first.

• Reducing anxiety and stress
