The stage is set in Liverpool! 🫢 And what a stage it is!! We hope you love it as much as we do.

A few points to note -

🚪The events enterance is at the side of the hotel, not through the main reception. View our story to see directions!

👕Derby Suite, right opposite the main hall - this is where you’ll find our vendors, merch and practise area.

🎃 Halloween party will also be in the Derby Suite starting at 9pm! Those who’ve ordered tickets will be ticked off at the door - no need to bring a physical ticket, we have all names ready to be signed in.

📸 Don’t forget to take lots of photos with our fantastic balloon arch and tag us! Celtic Capture will also be taking photos and recording set dances!

We can’t wait to welcome everyone NEXT WEEKEND to the Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool for an incredible weekend of dancing, friendship, and fun! ☘️✨

📅 Event Schedule:
🕗 Friday 31st October – Teachers Reception at 8:00pm in the Main Hall, Adelphi Hotel.
🕢 Saturday 1st November – Derby Suite changing room opens at 7:30am, main doors at 8:00am.
🕗 Sunday 2nd November – Derby Suite changing room opens at 8:00am, main doors at 8:00am.

🎟️ Door Entry Fee: £10 per day (cash preferred).
💳 Card machines will be available but may not always be reliable.
👵 OAPs & 👧 Children U16 – FREE ENTRY!

⭐️Will there be sashes available to hire?
Sashes available to hire for £5 on a first come, first served basis on Sunday.

⭐️Is there a vendor?
We have Celtic Capture taking photographs (AND RECORDING MODERN SET DANCES!) all weekend. Redmond Rose will be providing all your wig needs and selling wig accessories. There is NO official sock vendor, however, we do have LOTS of socks available to purchase. We do advise prepping beforehand with sock glue, laces, etc and bringing spare socks.

⭐️I've ordered Worlds merchandise, when will I receive it?
Merchandise will be available to collect at the weekend. The merchandise is kindly being organised by Lorna MacKay - any questions, please send her a message.

⭐️🎃When will I receive my Halloween party tickets?
Halloween party tickets will be in the teacher number packs.

It’s shaping up to be an unforgettable weekend! We ask all competitors to familiarise themselves with our rules and regulations and syllabus to ensure smooth running of the event over the weekend.
